He holds the ACPC credential after completing the Practicum at ADLER Central Europe. He is also accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), approved as a mentor by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and has been granted “Mentor” accreditation by TÜBİTAK.

Noyan has completed the Lencioni and ORSC Team Coaching Programs in order to use a wider range of tools in his coaching practice. He is also a graduate of a two-year Gestalt Therapy Program, completed in 2020.

He provides coaching, team coaching, and mentoring to executives (including C-level) in leading organizations in Turkey, and delivers leadership, effective communication, sales, and ICF-accredited coaching training programs. He has coached over 500 clients, designed and delivered team coaching programs for dozens of executive leadership teams, and provided training programs and seminars to more than 50,000 field and office employees.

He began his 30-year corporate career with 16 years of experience in middle and senior management roles in sales and marketing across various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods and telecommunications. Prior to his professional career, he graduated from Fevziye Mektepleri Vakfı Işık Schools, Istanbul Technical University (Electrical Engineering), and Koç University MBA program.

He is the author of the book “Ben Kim Olacağım?” (“Who Will I Become?”) , a motivational speaker, and Erdem’s father.
