Which program is selected, how it is designed, who delivers it, and how delivery quality is maintained all shape the outcome. That’s why, at Yetkinsin, we don’t leave quality to chance.
Every Yetkinsin program is built on four core standards:

Not every training program belongs in the Yetkinsin portfolio.
We don’t develop programs simply to expand the number of offerings.
For a program to become part of the Yetkinsin portfolio, we believe it must address a genuine development need for organizations and their employees.
Sometimes, that need is a core skill that has remained essential for years.
At other times, it is a skill that is gaining importance as the world of work evolves.
That’s why we reassess our portfolio every year.
What remains essential?
Which skills are becoming more critical?
What new needs are emerging?
The Yetkinsin portfolio is shaped by the answers to these questions.
Not more programs. The right programs.
Every program included in the Yetkinsin portfolio is developed around a defined learning framework.
Each program has clearly defined:
Because for us, training is about more than simply transferring knowledge to participants.
Participants need to understand what they learn, experience it in practice, and turn that learning into skills they can apply in the workplace.
Knowledge is valuable. It makes a difference when it becomes a skill.

We value a trainer’s experience, expertise, and ability to manage the learning environment.
But to deliver a Yetkinsin program, we have one additional requirement:
Being ready for that specific program.
Yetkinsin trainers go through a preparation and certification process for each program they deliver.
They understand the program’s learning objectives, content, activities, and critical learning points, and are prepared to create the learning experience Yetkinsin aims to deliver.
That’s why, at Yetkinsin, certification is more than a general title awarded to a trainer.
It ensures the right trainer–program match.
When a trainer delivers a Yetkinsin program, it means they have been specifically prepared for that program and have met the Yetkinsin standard.
Every good trainer has their own unique style.
We don’t want to change that.
A trainer’s experience, examples, energy, and connection with participants enrich the learning experience.
But we also don’t want the core quality of a program to depend on who delivers it.
That’s why, across Yetkinsin programs, learning objectives, core content, critical activities, and expected learning outcomes remain consistent.
This gives each trainer the space to bring their own strengths to the experience, while ensuring that the core standard of every Yetkinsin program remains consistent.
Different trainers.
The same Yetkinsin standard.
